will be responsible to successful implementation and execution of
talent acquisition strategies and day-to-day leadership for Talent
Acquisition Professionals. Assist in development, deployment and
operational leadership of all Talent Acquisition initiatives.This
person will also:--- Manage a team Talent Acquisition Professionals
responsible for the recruitment and hiring across all business
lines.--- Advance and implement the overall talent acquisition
strategy including talent brand, recruitment marketing, diversity
and inclusion, technology, contingent/vendor management,
Audit/Risk, candidate experience and process improvements.---
Analyze and present recruitment metrics to determine gaps, process
improvements and quantifiable return on investment to business line
leaders.--- Identify and evaluate talent acquisition trends,
including market and economic conditions, and competitive
landscapes to develop strategic sourcing plans.--- Mitigates talent
acquisition team's risk and ensures compliance with all applicable
internal and external employment laws and polices.Review the

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and

- 5-7 years Talent Acquisition or Human Resource Leadership.
