Job Description:
A company is looking for a Personal Lines Retention Agent
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Process endorsement requests for personal lines insurance policies
and manage account documentation
Maintain follow-up with insurance carriers to ensure timely
processing of requests
Manage the agency interface system to ensure accurate revenue
recording and support sales activities
Required Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent; some college is a plus
1+ year of experience in sales or customer service
Proficient in computer skills and basic software packages
Intermediate to expert computer acumen
Possession of an active P&C License
