Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Sourcer 2, a remote or
hybrid contract position focused on sourcing talent.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Engineering and Recruiting Teams to implement sourcing
strategies
Source and nurture passive candidates using various recruiting
tools and techniques
Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
and ensure data integrity in tracking systems
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Experience with applicant tracking systems and passive candidate
sourcing
Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter as a recruiting tool
In-house and agency recruiting experience preferred
