Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst (Product
Owner) to enhance product delivery and business outcomes through
technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document software requirements, ensuring alignment with
business goals and customer feedback
Translate business requirements into comprehensive software
specifications and guide development teams throughout the product
lifecycle
Analyze healthcare workflows for optimization and propose
software-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in Product Ownership and business
process analysis, primarily using LEAN methodologies
Accreditation in LEAN, Six Sigma, BABOK, Agile, CPO, CSPO, or a
related discipline is highly desirable
Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and
Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Healthcare disciplines
