Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recovery Resolution Specialist to
join their Yield Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send collection letters to providers according to
established guidelines
Follow up on outstanding claims by contacting providers and
verifying claim statuses
Investigate claim disputes and escalate issues as necessary while
providing accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent education
1 to 3 years of prior collections or customer service
experience
Billing or coding experience preferred
Required knowledge of Microsoft applications
