Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Lead to drive the recruiting
function and attract world-class talent.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy in collaboration
with leadership and team leads
Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing,
screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
Design and implement processes to enhance candidate experience and
reduce time-to-hire
Required Qualifications
Proven success in recruiting technical and non-technical roles at a
high-growth startup
Deep familiarity with modern sourcing strategies and tools (ATS
platforms, etc.)
Experience driving the talent function at a top-tier machine
learning and/or blockchain company is preferred
Experience hiring within a large tech organization (FAANG or
equivalent) is a plus
