Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead
the Core Services team and coach a group of developers and
testers.
Key Responsibilities
Familiarize with the Development team and address individual
concerns
Oversee all aspects of the SDLC, including scrum activities and
project planning
Act as the point of contact for project-related queries and
incidents
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience as a software developer
3+ years of experience in a managerial role, such as a team lead or
dev manager
Experience delivering high-quality APIs and distributed solutions
on the cloud
Familiarity with agile practices
Ability to collaborate with product managers and plan sprints
