FHA Mortgage Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for an FHA Mortgage Origination Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by answering calls and emails regarding FHA guidelines and procedures
Utilize mortgage industry knowledge to find answers in a knowledge database for client requests
Document all contacts in a database and stay updated on FHA mortgage processes and procedures

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED certificate
Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience
Minimum of 1 year of contact center or telephone customer service experience
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance
Knowledge of FHA policies and procedures
