A company is looking for a Director of SMB Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of SMB Sales Managers and Account
Executives to achieve sales targets
Own the entire sales cycle, focusing on new business acquisition
and renewal/expansion opportunities
Build and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate
forecasting and strong pipeline coverage
Required Qualifications
8-10+ years of sales and sales leadership experience, ideally in
SaaS
Proven success in scaling SMB sales teams and exceeding revenue
targets
Expertise in building and executing sales pipelines and growing
customer relationships
Experience with HubSpot CRM and strong data-driven sales management
skills
Deep understanding of sales methodologies and ability to train and
develop sales teams
