Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead
their development team and manage software projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and coach a team of Full Stack Developers and
offshore resources
Manage the Software Development Life Cycle to ensure quality and
adherence to best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to balance technical and business
needs while ensuring project objectives are met
Required Qualifications
6+ years of development or project management experience,
specifically with Microsoft technologies
Previous experience in a leadership role is required
Hands-on technical background in C# .NET, SQL Server, and
multi-tiered architecture
Experience managing offshore teams and leading software development
projects to completion
Bachelor's Degree in a business or technology-related field, or
equivalent combination of education and experience
