As one of the largest authorized dealers for Cricket Wireless, PQH Wireless is currently seeking a self-motivated Retail Wireless Store Manager to join our team in Manor, TX. Retail Store Managers earn salary plus monthly commission payout.We have a great incentive structure on top of salary wages for our management team. • Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through the use of daily observation forms, monthly one-on-one meetings, and on-the-spot redirect coaching.
• Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross-selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
• Retain customers by providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers in both sales and service transactions.
