Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Quality Risk
Adjustment Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the execution of Quality Risk Adjustment
programs and compliance plans
Lead the Quality Risk Adjustment Team in auditing and provider
education initiatives
Utilize data analytics to identify compliance risks and develop
corrective action plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a
Clinical related field or equivalent experience
Seven years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a managed
care organization
Three years of risk adjustment coding/auditing experience
Three years of experience in people management overseeing
coding/auditing teams
Experience managing complex projects in both virtual and in-person
environments
