Description:We are a family-oriented Midwest and East coast

Maryland, and Pennsylvania. As a result of our growth, we have a
need for a Project Engineer.We are seeking an experienced Project
Engineer with a strong background in water and wastewater systems
to manage and execute projects focused on improving water
treatment, wastewater management, and infrastructure development.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical knowledge,
excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate
with various stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective

customer experiences. What You Get To DoProject Management:-- Lead
and manage water and wastewater projects from initiation through to
completion, ensuring all phases are delivered according to
specifications, within budget, and on schedule.-- Develop and
maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and report project
status to stakeholders.-- Coordinate with internal and external
teams, including contractors, regulatory bodies, and vendors, to
ensure timely and efficient project execution.-- Ensure compliance
with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards, as well
as all relevant codes, regulations, and standards.-- Identify
project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Design &
Engineering:-- Oversee the design of water and wastewater treatment
plants, pipelines, pumping stations, and other related
infrastructure.-- Perform technical analysis, calculations, and
modeling for water and wastewater systems to ensure optimal
performance and regulatory compliance.-- Review engineering
designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with
project goals and client requirements.-- Assist in selecting
equipment and materials for water and wastewater projects, ensuring
they meet the technical specifications and industry
standards.Budget & Cost Management:-- Prepare cost estimates and
budget forecasts for water and wastewater projects.-- Track and
manage project costs, ensuring the project stays within budget.--
Evaluate bids and contracts and provide recommendations for
procurement of services and materials.Quality Control &
Assurance:-- Implement quality control procedures to ensure the
highest standards in engineering design, construction, and
commissioning of water and wastewater systems.-- Conduct
inspections and testing of systems to ensure performance meets
required specifications.Other:-- Demonstrates and promotes Crane's

assigned.Requirements:What We Need From You-- Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.--
Proven experience, a minimum of 5 years' in engineering roles
focused on water and wastewater infrastructure projects.--
Experience with design software and tools related to water and
wastewater engineering. -- Strong understanding of water treatment
processes, wastewater treatment processes, and environmental
regulations.-- Knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards
(e.g., AWWA, ASCE, EPA regulations).-- Excellent project management
and organizational skills with experience handling large-scale
projects.-- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and
internal teams.-- Familiarity with construction and commissioning
practices in the water and wastewater industry.-- Experience with
sustainable and green technologies in water treatment and
wastewater management.-- Familiarity with cost estimation, contract
management, and procurement processes.-- Knowledge of Geographic
Information Systems (GIS) and hydraulic modeling software.Working
ConditionsWork is generally performed in a typical office
environment. The employee is occasionally required to work within
the service area which requires personal protective equipment such
