Job Description:

NEW Water, the wastewater treatment utility serving Northeast Wisconsin, is seeking a talented Staff Engineer to lead critical projects that protect our community and environment.What You'll Do:

• Lead the Way: Manage exciting capital projects from funding through construction and start-up.
• Be the Expert: Provide technical guidance to your team and collaborate on innovative solutions for wastewater treatment challenges.
• Shape the Future: Contribute to NEW Water's engineering department budget and capital improvement plan.
• Make an Impact: Your work will directly contribute to the health of the Lower Fox River and Green Bay.What You Bring:
  • Engineering Know-How:Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (or similar) and 4+ years of experience.
  • Licensed Professional: Wisconsin PE license is required within 1 year.
  • Wastewater Expertise: Solid understanding of wastewater treatment plant design, construction, and operations.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with WPDES Permit and other regulatory frameworks.
