Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Engineer to join their
engineering team and lead initiatives focused on scalability,
observability, and robust API design.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures
Develop and enhance observability frameworks for comprehensive
monitoring
Lead the design and development of robust, intuitive, and secure
APIs
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience
Proven track record in designing and scaling large-scale
applications
Proficiency in Python and strong understanding of cloud platforms
(AWS preferred)
In-depth knowledge of database design and experience with SQL and
NoSQL databases
Familiarity with observability tools and practices (e.g., Datadog,
Prometheus)
