Job Description:

A company is looking for a Billing and Coding Specialist to manage coding and billing processes for medical encounters.

Key Responsibilities

Code medical encounters accurately and provide education to physicians
Review and ensure the accuracy of patient claims and coding documentation
Conduct coding reviews and maintain compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations

Required Qualifications and Skills

Proficient in interpreting medical records for accurate coding
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Experience with coding reviews and monitoring coding deficiencies
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of current laws and regulations affecting medical records management
