Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
Document consumer data into a secure web application
Provide education on identity theft resolution and fraud
prevention
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Excellent computer and typing skills
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
