Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Representative, HR Services
(Tier 2).
Key Responsibilities
Provide counsel and guidance to Field, Store, Distribution, and
Corporate Leaders on HR policies and procedures
Review and approve involuntary separations and facilitate ADA
Interactive conversations
Assist in evaluating HR training needs and recommend training
topics based on trends
Required Qualifications
Two or more years of HR experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to work independently
Excellent analytical and customer service skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
