Job Description:

A company is looking for an HVAC Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

Process incoming calls from service providers for claim approval, focusing on quality repairs
Review and negotiate claim approvals to ensure equitable material costs and diagnoses
Accurately capture and record claim information into company systems

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of relevant software applications and equipment
Understanding of customer service principles and practices
Ability to manage multiple computer screens and applications
Possesses and maintains technical/professional expertise for effective job performance
Demonstrated proficiency in HVAC
