annually.The Planner is a key individual contributor to the success
of Catalent Madison. The Planner supports the execution of the
Master Production Plan for the entire site to achieve 100% on-time
delivery of scheduled batches. They collaborate with the project
team to ensure new product introduction BOM's are identified,
loaded, and updated throughout the planning cycle to support
project timelines. To ensure all materials are onsite prior to
batch start, they work with the Supply Chain team to identify and
resolve supply challenges by expediting materials or working with
Engineering to identify acceptable alternatives. The Planner
collaborates with the manufacturing team to identify and resolve
room or equipment constraints to maximize site capacity utilization
and maintain project key milestone dates.This is a full-time
salaried position, Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pmCatalent is

- Performs analysis to determine optimal production schedule of
customer orders and combination of key inputs, including Customer
requirements from the Project Management personnel, production
sequencing raw material, staffing levels, and equipment
availability in collaboration with Manufacturing Production
Scheduler
- Conducts Capacity Requirement Planning; analyzes site capacity
requirements, identifies mid-to long-term bottlenecks, and drives
corrective action
- Monitors performances against the MPS and the production plan
and reconciles the MPS to the production plan as required
- Drives resolution to over-capacity and late delivery
situations
- Supports Master Data team as backup for vacations and
over-capacity periods
- Engages with Engineering to on identifying materials
requirements/BOM's for new product introductions
- Creates, monitors, and updates manufacturing work orders and
parts lists in the system as needed
- Work closely with all internal and external suppliers and
vendors
- Other duties as assignedThe Candidate: --
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or
related discipline required.
- 5-7+ years' industry experience in supply chain,
manufacturing/master planning or related discipline required
- Successful experience interacting and liaising with internal
and external clients, customers, and/or suppliers required
- Experience using electronic ERP and Material Management systems
required
- Prior experience in a cGMP environment preferred
- ASCM or ISM certification preferredWhy you should join
