As a member of our team, you will work on exciting projects
supporting Active Directory, multi-factor authentication, DevOps
pipeline development, identity verification, and application
onboarding through single-sign-on (SSO). This role involves working
with limited supervision within the Directory Services domain,
focusing on larger and complex projects.
The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of general
security frameworks and Directory Services beyond their immediate
domain, recognizing how their work impacts others. Responsibilities
include providing technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship
within the Directory Services domain, collaborating with
third-party vendors, and staying updated on IAM technologies and
threats to proactively implement risk mitigation measures.
Use problem-solving skills to resolve highly complex issues
independently, seeking assistance for more complex issues when
needed.
Contribute advanced knowledge to the development of engineering
best practices within IAM.
Lead the design, implementation, and management of the
organization's IAM systems and processes.
Stay updated with the latest IAM technologies, trends, and emerging
threats, implementing necessary measures to mitigate risks.
Provide suggestions to higher-level staff on resolving new or
complex issues.
Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information
Systems, or equivalent work experience in the IT field, with a
portion of that time in a security-related position.
Experience with engineering best practices, including analyzing,
designing, developing, deploying, and supporting software solutions
and/or infrastructure implementations/upgrades.
Proven experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions,
including integration with various systems and platforms.
Competency in one or more scripting/programming languages such as
Python, JavaScript, Java, Ruby, Go, PowerShell, Bash, C#, C/C++,
etc.
Strong documentation, testing, and automation skills.
Experience preferred with Agile methodologies and DevOps
environments.

determined by a number of factors including the skills, education,
training, credentials and experience of the candidate; Please note
