• Advancement Opportunities What's involved in this role: We are looking for an Employee Relations Strategic Partner in Eden Prairie, MN .
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies, policies, and programs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on employee complaints, concerns and management, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
  • Lead investigations process ensuring impartiality, compliance, and proper documentation.
  • Develop tools and resources that empower people leaders in managing employee relations effectively.
  • Monitor key Employee Relations metrics recommending improvement initiatives based on insights.
  • Support various organizational initiatives such as acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations.
  • Monitor best practices to keep employee relations management policies and administrative procedures up to date, ensuring we operate within the law while protecting our organization. What you need to join our team:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Capital/Human Resources, Industrial Relations or equivalent required.
    • Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience in US employee relations.
    • Experienced in matrix and manufacturing environments required.
    • Bilingual (French and/or Spanish) preferred
    • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered. Where you'll be working: Agropur's US operations produce 1 billion pounds of quality, award-winning cheese each year.
