Seeking experienced Program Underwriter to underwrite, develop, and maintain profitable program business. Candidate will assist with marketing, underwriting, modeling, rating, and servicing coverage solutions.

Coverages:

--- General liability

--- Property

--- Workers Compensation

--- Business Auto & Equipment

--- Employment Practices

--- Errors & Omissions & Management Risk

Activities:

*** Underwrite, structure, and implement large and complex programs.

*** Develop policy and contract language, underwriting guidelines, and rating plans. Establish production and underwriting strategies.

*** Train and mentor junior underwriters in risk analysis, program structuring, and program monitoring.

*** Build and maintain relationships with brokers and agents.

*** Monitor program results and conduct audits.

Experience Sought:

*** Bachelors degree.

*** 5+ years of Commercial Insurance Underwriting experience.
