Job Description:

Guide and inspire a diverse team to develop innovative solutions for tackling complex business problems across various technological domains.
Act as a primary architectural expert, specializing in areas such as Digital Supply Chain, Integration, Automation, Cloud technologies, and emerging tech trends.
Take on the role of a ServiceNow Developer, addressing system issues, fine-tuning performance, and ensuring optimal platform functionality.
Apply industry best practices and maintain high standards across different technology environments.
Convert business requirements into effective technical solutions, optimizing system usage to enhance organizational engagement and adoption.
Continuously assess technical methods, workflows, and processes, proposing improvements and optimizations as needed.
Engage in hands-on development and architectural design within ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader technological objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

8 plus years of IT architecture, systems development, or a similar field.
SNOW development experience
