The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Snowflake and PySpark, along with a strong background in Sales and Marketing domains. This role involves leading technical projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and driving innovation within the team.Responsibilities

• Design and implement data solutions using Snowflake and PySpark.
• Oversee the development and deployment of scalable data pipelines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and quality across all projects.

  • Demonstrate strong documentation and process development skills.Salary and Other CompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $101,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:
