Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiter who will perform full
lifecycle recruiting in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform full lifecycle recruiting while demonstrating flexibility
and creativity
Guide applicants through the recruiting process and utilize
effective techniques to close deals
Leverage talent market intelligence to drive strategic and
innovative sourcing strategies
Required Qualifications
US Citizenship is required
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle
recruiting experience, or 9 years of experience in lieu of a
degree
Experience using multiple sourcing channels to identify
hard-to-find talent
Experience utilizing recruiting role within Workday
Experience with technical recruiting, specifically hiring engineers
or manufacturing positions
