We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.ROLE SUMMARY:We are looking for a seasoned and passionate Employee Central Global Benefits consultant who can thrive in challenging situations to work on delivering cutting-edge SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits application solutions for our clients.EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

• Independently lead an implementation, conducting client workshops, gathering requirements, and providing conceptual design.
• Collaborate with right shore teams to design and build complex solutions for clients while maintaining a hands-on approach to ensure timelines are met.
• Work closely with client stakeholders and business teams to develop strong client relationships.
• Develop clear presentation materials and implementation documents for design, build, and testing.
• Support pre-sales activities and work closely with the product engineering team to convey business wish lists.
• Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies to ensure best practices are implemented for clients.
• Support escalations to provide timely solutions.
• Participate in business process workshops and planning of process implementation to ensure quality HXM process models are adopted.
• Demonstrate profound knowledge of process modeling standards and tools.
• Occasionally take responsibility as team lead and support line manager(s) in people development tasks.WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • At least 5 years consulting experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central required.
  • At least 3-5 years consulting experience with Employee Central Global Benefits required.
  • Candidates MUST BE PROFESSIONALLY CERTIFIED in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
  • Candidates must be located in the U.S. or Canada.
  • Candidates must be able to travel up to 100% of the time.
  • Experience with a minimum of 3 full cycle (end-to-end) implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits.
  • Good understanding of industry-specific business processes.
  • Understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Benefits business processes and best practices.EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
