Regional Business Manager North West IndiaDepartment: CommercialLocation: IndiaThe Regional Business Manager (RBM) will lead a team and manage distributors to meet revenue targets within the defined region. The RBM will lead the hiring, development, and management of the team members to achieve expected performance and growth. The RBM is also responsible for ensuring consistent profitable sales growth that achieves Aerogen's plan commitments by not only driving the topline revenue growth, but also by managing expenses and costs within the region.The RBM is the fundamental link between strategy and execution within Aerogen's team. They demonstrate success by recruiting and retaining exceptional talent, coaching, and developing their team to excellence, and driving proven processes to profitably expand market share within their region. In addition, the role requires the development of collaborative and results-oriented relationships with external distribution partner sales professionals, Aerogen marketing, Education, and the broader management team.
