Maximum Healthcare Solutions is working with a health system in Chicago, IL looking for RN's in the ICU field for a 13-week contract with extension options. Great pay-(Up to $62/hr!) Shifts: Night 3x12 (7pm-7:30am-Every other weekend) Day 3x12 (7am-7:30pm-Every other weekend) 40 Guaranteed hours per week Requirements: 2 Years of recent hospital experience as a RN in ICU BLS, ACLS NIH Stroke Certification (preferred) Description: Provides specialized care to critically ill patients Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage life support equipment Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions, interpret diagnostic tests, and collaborate with healthcare teams to diagnose and formulate appropriate treatment plans. Provide emotional support to patients and families Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies within the ICU, implementing life-saving interventions and coordinating with other healthcare providers as necessary. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patients' medical histories, assessments, interventions, and responses to treatment in accordance with institutional protocols and regulatory requirements.
