Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner
responsible for creating and implementing people plans to support
Stores through talent, organizational effectiveness, and
culture.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic HR partnership and leadership coaching to Store
Managers and District Leaders
Champion change initiatives and enhance HR processes, programs, and
policies
Facilitate talent review and succession planning, ensuring a strong
internal talent pipeline
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field
preferred
4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-unit,
multi-state environment
HR Certification preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
Prior experience with UltiPro preferred
