Job Description:
Beatrix is a neighborhood coffeehouse, restaurant and meeting
place. **Healthy meets delicious menu options plus in-house
pastries and signature cookies.**
We are hiring an Executive Sous Chef with 4+ years of sous chef
experience in a full-service high-volume restaurant. Key
responsibilities include overseeing kitchen duties, controlling
food and labor costs, running BOH shifts, and supervising the
kitchen team.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee mid- and closing kitchen duties
* Run BOH shifts and ensure effective operations
* Lead BOH pre-shift meetings
* Partner with management to review recipe books
* Perform line checks to ensure quality of menu items
* Purchase and order food products and supplies
* Ensure effective communication between FOH and BOH teams
* Partner with management to interview and train BOH employees
Requirements:
* 4+ years of Executive Sous Chef experience in a full-service
restaurant
* Ability to lead and manage the kitchen staff
Salary Range: USD $60,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
