We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Beatrix - River North. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and consistency are met.

About the Role

• Oversee and monitor the effective and efficient operations of our backend, including purchasing, inventory, and food costs.
• Provide guidance and leadership to our kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Develop and execute seasonal menus and new menu items in partnership with our divisional leaders.
• Ensure effective training and development of our kitchen staff, working closely with divisional trainers and chefs.
• Conduct regular audits of our backend standard operating procedures and systems.
  Key Qualifications
  
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a full-service restaurant.
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong management and leadership skills, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
