Key Responsibilities
Manage a global team of sales professionals focused on affiliate
marketing solutions
Develop and execute strategic plans to exceed revenue targets and
scale the sales team
Collaborate with marketing to create promotions that drive lead
generation
Required Qualifications
At least 7 years of sales experience in digital marketing
solutions, with 3+ years in management
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving
results
Experience in developing sales processes or playbooks
Strong leadership skills and ability to adapt to changes
Bachelor's Degree or similar educational background
