Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Enablement Manager to develop
and implement enablement strategies for their sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver technical and product enablement programs for
the sales team
Maintain the go-to-market hub of information and collaborate on
sales collateral and resources
Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs
and provide insights to leadership
Required Qualifications
Experience in enablement functions within a B2B software
company
Ability to build and define a function in a fast-growing
environment
Balanced creative and strategic skills with cross-functional
collaboration experience
Passion for the company's mission and the developer ecosystem
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote and
collaborative environment
