Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Growth Manager to drive
upselling, onboarding, and renewals for existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Own the upselling and upgrading process for existing customers
based on usage and needs
Manage the onboarding workflow for new customers referred by agency
partners
Develop and implement strategies for timely renewals and customer
retention
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer success, renewals, or account
management within a SaaS organization
Expertise in forecasting, analytics, and proactive account
management
Strong strategic and operational skills with a focus on growth
objectives
Proficiency in Salesforce and analytics tools
Experience managing customer relationships in nonprofit SaaS
markets is preferred
