JOBThe Area Manager - On-Premise for IL will oversee the
relationships with On-premise accounts and drive sales through
effective business planning, retail execution, building customer
relationships, merchandising accounts, and budget management. This
individual will function as an advisor to the Region Manager to
meet the needs of the market. They will represent Infinium with
both customers and distributor representatives daily. This role is
crucial in delivering our company objectives while ensuring our
brands are effectively represented in the market.This person will
collaborate closely with sales teams to deliver clear brand
messaging, implement effective strategies, and achieve goals by
growing our share and revenue within their defined customer base
including independent accounts and on-premise regional
chains.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Effectively service, manage and call on top On-Premise accounts
targeted by volume and influencer accounts.
- Work collaboratively with our distributor partners to identify
opportunities for our brands and sell in programming to new
accounts to increase sales.
- Develop short- and long-term strategy with our distributor and
trade partners within assigned universe that will collectively
enhance both businesses.
- Successfully communicate sales and product knowledge to train
distributor and trade partners.
- Coordinate and execute trade and consumer events.
- Manage RFP process for On-Premise regional chains.
- Build and maintain current relationships as the primary contact
for the ultimate decision maker in On-Premise accounts.
- Maximize profitability for all parties involved and understand
that all transactions must be profitable.
- Share customer data and insights with stakeholders to assist in
the local planning process and program evaluation.
- Collaborate with Region Manager to influence pricing and
promotional budgets to support customer plan.
- Ensure excellence in execution of the developed sales
strategies, objectives, goals, and targeted revenue generation by
partnering with distributors and key retailers in the specified
market.
- Be an authority on our brands with the ability to speak
comfortably to educate consumers and trade at trainings, sales
meetings, or other promotional events.
- Follow up on all meetings whether it is checking inventory on
allocating items, creating a cocktail, gathering point-of-sale or
setting dates for staff trainings.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceExperience:

- 5+ years of direct experience in On-premise accounts in
Beverage Alcohol space
- Existing relationships with key accounts
- Dynamic Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional ability to
build relationships and negotiate effectively, with strong verbal
and written communication skills that resonate across all levels of
the organization and with external partners.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for promotional
activities and sales initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of
resources to maximize ROI.
- Strategic Analysis: Proficient in analyzing market data and
crafting actionable strategies that drive brand growth and market
penetration.
- Brand Passion & Results-Driven: A deep passion for
brand-building combined with a relentless drive to achieve results
in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Presentation Excellence: Skilled in delivering compelling
presentations that engage and persuade, enhancing brand visibility
and influence.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint), able to leverage these tools for strategic planning
and reporting.
- Organizational Mastery: Strong analytical, organizational, and
planning skills that optimize efficiency and drive successful
outcomes.
- Self-Starter & Team Player: Highly motivated and capable of
initiating activities independently while also thriving in a
collaborative team setting.
- Sales & Marketing Expertise: In-depth understanding of
marketing strategies, sales techniques, and product promotion, with
a keen ability to drive sales through innovative methods.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of pricing dynamics
within the 3 Tier System and the ability to precisely navigate
state and federal liquor laws.
- Flexible & Committed: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the
time, including nights and weekends, to ensure brand success and
market coverage.Physical requirements:
- Standing and walking: working in retail or conducting field
sales requires spending a significant amount of time on your feet;
this could include standing for long periods or walking for
extended periods throughout the day.
- Lifting and carrying: this role may involve lifting and
carrying product samples, promotional materials, or demonstration
equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Driving: a significant amount of time will be spent driving, so
sitting for long periods, navigating through traffic, and handling
the physical demands of operating a vehicle are required.
- Physical presentations: must be able to stand, gesture, and
maintain a high level of energy and engagement throughout
presentations to clients/potential customers.The physical demands

compensation amount for this role is targeted at $132,000.00 -
$155,000.00 per year. Final offer amounts are determined by
multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and
