Job Description:

A company is looking for an Account Director/Senior Account Director to manage client relationships and drive account growth.

Key Responsibilities

Protect and grow client accounts while acting as the key liaison
Develop and manage strategic account management plans to enhance client relationships
Lead new Statement of Work kickoff and customer onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent consulting agency experience preferred
7+ years of client service, digital media, or account management experience
Experience in digital/analytics sales is preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
Proven track record in delivering client-focused solutions based on client goals
