We work hard and play hard because life is too short to not enjoy what we do.A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PROJECT DIRECTORAs a Project Director, you estimate construction-related projects using Xactimate and other professional estimating software. Your solid understanding of the true costs of construction increases the accuracy of margins/line items within Xactimate. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is how you are able to foster and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, property owners, industry related associations, and other potential business sources.You actively market the company through associations, meetings, local functions, and trade shows. You also develop and execute new marketing strategies for company growth and provide projection reports on individual loss sales and growth opportunities. You are proud of the important role you play in the success of the company.QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient in large loss and commercial claims
• Proficient in Xactimate or other loss estimating software
• Experience in mold/asbestos abatement
• Experience in the drying and restoration industry including structural drying
