What you'll do:
As part of our Digital Sales team, you will be leading the building
and management of a dynamic group of Sales Executives in the
central region, to drive our passion for innovation and
collaboration. The main objectives are to develop a sales strategy
that will achieve ongoing new business growth, build excitement
about Nexxen, exceed yearly budget targets, develop a stable client
base, and increase market share for the Company. You will build,
share, implement, and manage the performance of an account plan to
deliver maximum revenue potential with your extended team at
Nexxen! This role reports directly to the Chief Commercial
Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum
full-time annual base salary for this role in Chicago is $180,000 -
$250,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive
or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a
guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is
influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to
skill set, level of experience, education, certifications,
responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work
in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with
that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical,
