Job Description:
The Associate Director of Lateral Partner Integration manages all
slated (capital) partner integration initiatives to ensure a smooth
transition and successful long-term integration experience for
laterals. The position works closely with Practice Group Leaders,
Practice Group Directors, Directors of Business Development as well
as key functional areas including Finance and Billing to create a
connected team, align key goals and milestones and roadblocks to
success. The Firm's priority is to create a collaborative
environment for our new partners and to ensure they receive the
tools and support needed to quickly accelerate their practice. This
is a hands-on position that requires the individual to provide
proactive and reliable partner level integration. The role requires
a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong project
management skills, superior client service orientation,
relationship-building skills, and excellent written and verbal
communications skills. The Associate Director of Lateral Partner
Integration relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and
accomplish goals.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Successful candidates will be provided with outstanding career
opportunities and will receive a competitive total rewards package
with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses. Target
Hiring Range $149,000 - $232,000. Please note that quoted salary
ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base
pay is based on market location and may vary depending on
job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to
compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work.
Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a
comprehensive benefits package.
