camaraderie.In this role, you'll drive our brand's evolution,
placing Tovala's brand at the forefront of our growth strategy
while confidently pushing boundaries. As our brand leader, you'll
push boundaries and elevate our brand performance, craft
breakthrough narratives, and drive initiatives that take us into
new territory. To be frank, we're on the hunt for a leader who will
be bold in challenging assumptions and truly introduce
paradigm-shifting ideas. We are looking for someone who can
identify the core of an issue, develop storytelling that cuts
through the noise, and infuse our campaigns with a spark that sets
Tovala apart.We're looking for someone who can strike the right
chord between building buzz and driving conversions, exciting
curious onlookers and turning them into true believers of Tovala.
Finally, we are looking for someone willing to roll sleeves up when
required and make sure your ideas get done, and done well.In this
role, you'll need to
- Be audacious and drive holistic marketing that addresses
consumer barriers and ties a common thread across all channels
(paid social, influencer, direct mail, TV, etc.)
- Take risks and champion the unconventional - drive creative
solutions to maintain momentum on new ideas and unlock resources
for execution
- Craft a brand strategy that blends brand storytelling with
customer acquisition, e.g. invest in the brand while driving
measurable long-term growth
- Understand market trends and customer behavior to shape
strategic brand decisions
- Direct brand initiatives focusing on early and mid-stage
customer engagement, collaborating with creative teams on
execution
- Tap into the seasonal rhythms of the business, establish core
messages, and collaborate with growth and creative teams for
cross-channel execution
- Optimize the consumer journey at every touchpoint, aligning the
team cross-functionally for a unified approachWhat you'll bring to
our table. You---
- Understand consumer behavior and excel at crafting resonant
brand stories
- Have 8+ years of brand marketing experience, including 5+ years
in brand leadership roles
- Have experience in turning brand constraints into creative
opportunities, thriving under tight timelines or constrained
resources.
- Are a natural storyteller and can identify and execute
innovative, out-of-the-box brand building campaigns
- Possess strong project management, problem-solving, and
analytical thinking skills
- Have a data-driven mindset to inform strategy and measure
campaign effectiveness
- Are experienced in media planning and understand how
brand-building fits within the broader marketing mix
- Demonstrate strong ownership and personal accountability
- Are highly creative and adept at growing loyal audiences
- Can strategically plan and execute comprehensive content and
communications campaigns
- Adapt quickly to change and tackle unfamiliar tasks with a
positive attitude
