The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting building automation systems and HVAC controls. This role is crucial in ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency of our facilities.Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure building automation systems and HVAC controls according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with automation systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Conduct regular maintenance and system checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to integrate systems effectively.
• Document all work performed and provide detailed reports on system performance and issues.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in building automation and HVAC controls.
• Respond to service emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Building Automation Controls Technician or similar role.
• Strong experience with Johnson Controls Metasys and Facility Explorer.
• Tridium Niagara experience is a bonus!Benefits
