  • Continuous improvement of processes, using Lean tools, participating in, and leading Kaizens.
  • Process engineering, problem solving and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Managing and presenting data and improvement plans.
  • Support NPI and specification of New Equipment.
  • Manage change process and documentation.
  • Responsibility for all moulding processes at Hampton Park West facility.Requirements:Required:
    • 5 years' experience in a similar role, with Lean methodology.
    • Problem solving skills and methodology.
    • Good Communication Skills.
    • Ability to read technical drawings.
    • IT Skills (Excel, Visio).
    • Practical hands-on Person.
    • Significant Process Engineering exposure in an engineering-based manufacturing environment.
    • Knowledge of Avon product functionality.
    • Knowledge of materials (rubber, metallurgy, plastics).
