We're looking for a Product Marketer to join our team and be the
driving force behind some of our biggest growth initiatives. In
this role, you'll be accountable for successfully executing
cross-sell and upsell strategies with your expert-level project
management techniques. You'll work collaboratively with
cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement, product
adoption, and brand differentiation. You'll also play a pivotal
role in amplifying the voice of the customer, gathering valuable
insights, and crafting content that empowers both our customers and
sales team. You should be highly skilled in creating
customer-centric content, analyzing campaign performance, and using

accountable for:
- Growth & Upsell Strategy: Project manage cross-sell and upsell
strategies to drive growth by developing multi-channel demand
generation campaigns (blogs, webinars, email marketing, etc),
collaborating with product, engineering, UX, sales, customer
success, and operations teams.
- Campaign & Channel Optimization: Collaborate with Content and
Demand Generation teams to align campaigns with the buyer journey,
optimize in-app and digital channels, and ensure content
availability at each stage to enhance user engagement and product
adoption. Track and analyze campaign performance to provide
data-driven recommendations that improve the effectiveness of
upsell and cross-sell efforts.
- Positioning and Messaging: Support the team in crafting
customer-centric messaging that aligns with BigTime's product
positioning across all stages of the buyer journey, enhancing brand
differentiation.
- Customer Advocacy & Feedback: Support the execution of customer
surveys and feedback loops to gather actionable insights. Work
closely with senior team members to ensure feedback informs product
enhancements and is communicated to Senior Leadership.
- Customer Stories & Testimonials: Contribute to customer
advocacy efforts by collecting testimonials, case studies, and
success stories to reinforce credibility and support the sales
cycle.
- Sales Team Enablement: Help empower the sales team by
contributing to the development of training materials and keeping
them updated on product innovations. Create collateral, such as
sales pitches and solution documents, to improve sales funnel
performance and buyer engagement.
- Customer Enablement Materials: Create customer-facing resources
to support product adoption, engagement, and retention, ensuring
customers have the tools needed for success with new product
launches.
- Market & Competitor Insights: Gather competitor intelligence
and industry research to inform product release strategies,
ensuring alignment with current market trends.
- Being onsite at our downtown Chicago office (near Union
Station) 3 times per week.In order to be successful in this role,
we need someone who has:
- 5-7 years in product marketing within a high-growth tech
company, ideally with project management experience (PMP
certification or equivalent preferred) and proven ability to lead
cross-functional initiatives.
- Skilled in creating impactful customer-facing content, such as
case studies, testimonials, webinars, and sales enablement tools.
Experienced in developing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns
(email, webinars, in-app messaging) to support customer retention
and engagement.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot,
6sense) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Strong data analysis
skills, with experience tracking and reporting on campaign
performance to drive strategic improvements.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
(Product, Engineering, UX, Sales, Customer Success) to execute
go-to-market strategies, align messaging across touchpoints, and
support customer journey mapping.
- Skilled in gathering customer feedback and translating insights
into actionable strategies. Familiar with campaign alignment across
the buyer journey and committed to high-quality, customer-focused
content.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and competitor
dynamics, with the ability to make strategic recommendations and
position products effectively based on market research and
competitor analysis.The expected salary for this position ranges
from $85,000 to $110,000 annually. The actual salary will be
determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide
range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills,
experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or
certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive
benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional
types of compensation such as commission or bonuses.Applicants must
