Job Description:
A company is looking for a Social Media Servicing Agent to
manage customer interactions on social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer and non-customer inquiries on social media in a
timely manner
Collaborate with marketing and servicing teams to develop social
media response strategies
Monitor social media trends and maintain knowledge of company
products
Required Qualifications
Ability to work one weekend day per shift (Tuesday-Saturday or
Sunday-Thursday)
Associate's degree in social media management, marketing, or a
related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a social media or customer
service role
Excellent knowledge of social media best practices and
platforms
Working knowledge of social media tools
