A company is looking for a Senior Director of Enterprise Systems
to lead the evolution of mission-critical business systems across
Finance, People, and Legal.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and build a high-performing team of analysts and engineers
for business systems
Collaborate with leaders across the organization to enhance user
experiences
Lead the internal AI Applications Working Group to implement
innovative technologies
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in IT operations or business applications
management
Proven track record in managing business-critical systems (Finance,
HR, Legal)
Experience with cloud service integration using iPaaS solutions
Familiarity with AI-powered workforce efficiency tools
Experience managing a fully-remote and globally distributed
team
