Job Description:
A company is looking for a State Tax Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the state and local income tax reporting process,
including filings in all U.S. state jurisdictions
Compile and prepare multi-state apportionment schedules and work
with outside service providers on annual tax filings
Prepare quarterly state estimated tax payment calculations and
assist in reviewing tax positions for mergers and acquisitions
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of tax accounting and compliance experience, preferably
from a public accounting firm
Educational background in tax, with a preference for a MS in
Taxation or CPA
Extensive knowledge of U.S. and state and local tax principles
Experience with OneSource Tax Provision and ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
