Operations Technology Lead with extensive experience in financial
services and specifically in finance and operations technology. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in application and
data architecture, business analysis, and the development of
distributed, batch, event-based databases/data warehouses, and

impact.RESPONSIBILITIESStakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Technology teams to
define and implement multi-year transformation program
roadmaps.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to align technology solutions
with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to
stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.Operational
Processes
- Oversee the creation and deployment of operational systems to
ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Improve operational tools to support growth and scalability,
ensuring the systems can handle increased demand.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory
requirements in operational processes.Project Management
- Oversee complex financial systems and applications' planning,
development, and implementation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to
ensure successful project delivery.
- Prioritize projects and activities to align with business goals
and maximize resource efficiency.Artificial Intelligence (AI) and
Enhanced Data Management
- Use AI and machine learning to automate data collection,
cleaning, analysis, and security.
- Integrate data from various sources into a central repository
to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Implement calculations in a single place to maintain
uniformity.
- Support reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI to generate
reports.
- Provide a unified reporting portal for all reporting
needs.System Integration & Straight-Through Processing
- Lead the integration of various operational systems to create a
seamless, end-to-end straight-through process environment.
- Oversee the design and implementation of APIs, messaging
systems, and data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and
process automation.
- Ensure compatibility and interoperability of new systems with
existing infrastructure, minimizing disruption and maximizing
efficiency.Data Quality Management
- Utilize data quality tools and technologies to automate data
validation and cleansing processes.
- Monitor data quality metrics and provide regular reports to
management.
- Develop and implement data quality standards, ensuring data
accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits to identify
and rectify data issues.
- Collaborate with data stewards and other stakeholders to
establish data governance policies and procedures.Vendor
Management
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual
obligations.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely
delivery of products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure
favorable terms and conditions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and
service providers.
- Evaluate and select new vendors based on business needs and
performance criteria.QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: MS in Technology Management or related field from a
reputed university. Certification of PMP or related field is a
plus.
- Preferred platform experience:
- S&P Wall Street Office
- GTreasury
- Finastra LoanIQ
- IVP Reconciliations, Security Master, Polaris
- Enterprise data management tools
- Data quality management software
- Power Tools (PowerBI, Power Query, Etc.)
- Experience:
- 10+ years in asset management financial services industry
working in middle office technology.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation
programs and platform modernization.
- Familiarity with CLOs, BDC, SPVs, private credit products.
- Partnering and transforming operational workflow efficiencies
and processes.Soft Skills

necessary.A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at
the time of posting is below. Base salary does not include other
forms of compensation or benefits. Actual base salary within the
specified range is comprised of several components, including but
not limited to applicant's skills, prior relevant experience,
specific degrees and certifications, job responsibilities, market
considerations and, if applicable, the location of the
position.This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus
(based on company, business unit and individual performance).Our
