Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Finance &
Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and
procedures
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with
internal controls
Manage financial operations and lead the finance and accounting
team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and CPA
preferred
15+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in
technology services
Experience in financial and organizational leadership roles
Expert knowledge of GAAP and government contracting services
compliance
Proven ability to manage external auditors and compliance-related
issues
