Join our team at Vialto Partners as an Equity and Rewards Senior Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our clients in implementing and maintaining executive compensation plans with a specific focus on equity compensation.Key Responsibilities:

• Equity Compensation Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of equity-based compensation programs tailored for executives, encompassing stock options, restricted stock units, performance-based awards, and more.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on executive compensation matters. Additionally, mentor junior staff members to foster their professional growth and development.
• Equity Administration Platform Proficiency: Leverage your familiarity with equity administration platforms to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in managing executive compensation plans.
• Global Equity Program Support: Assist clients in maintaining global equity compensation programs, navigating changes in tax laws, fulfilling annual reporting requirements, managing employer withholding obligations, and conducting equity mobility calculations. Guide clients in fulfilling global regulatory requirements associated with equity compensation programs.Qualifications:
• Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's, CPA or Masters preferred
• Minimum Years of Experience: 7Additional Information:
• Location: Remote (US)
• Full Time - Regular
